Developmental Evaluations

For children and adults ages 2 and up

These types of evaluations consider current levels of functioning related to a possible Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability, and/or language delay.

Psychological Evaluations

For children ages 3-18

We target social, emotional, and behavioral functioning as it relates to a variety of disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Conduct Disorder, and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD).

For children and adults ages 5 and up

We incorporate a series of assessments to determine the presence of an attention disorder.

For children ages 3-18

These comprehensive evaluations consider learning disabilities in reading (dyslexia), writing (dysgraphia), or math (dyscalculia), as well as other difficulties that may impact learning such as ADHD, autism, memory deficits, or executive functioning impairments.

Cognitive Evaluations

We determine an individual's overall intelligence as well as his/her cognitive strengths and weaknesses.

For children and adults ages 6 and up

Neuropsychological Evaluations

For children ages 3-18

The most comprehensive type of evaluations and measure areas related to cognition, attention, memory, processing speed, language, visual-spatial, problem solving, and learning skills.

Other types of evaluations/assessments are considered upon request.

Dr. Arduengo is also able to complete Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) and/or review your child’s school documentation (i.e., Individual Education Plan (IEP), Full and Individual Evaluation (FIE), 504 documentation, etc). She can attend IEP/ARD meetings as well.

All services are customized to meet your needs, and fees are determined based on the services requested. Services are billed at $175/hour. Evaluation costs include each appointment, face-to-face testing, scoring, interpretation, and report writing. ​The cost of a full evaluation typically ranges from $1200 to $2500. Consultation fees are billed hourly since we do not often know how much time will need to be invested. You will be provided with a total estimated cost prior to any services being provided. If additional services or costs are determined to be needed at a later date, you will be provided with a new total estimated cost. Clients are responsible for payment of fees at the time services are rendered.
